For a public bug report, you can open a GitHub issue. Do not include account details, card information or other private data in a public issue.

What's useful to hear about

• A rate that looks wrong, stale, or missing
• A bug in the converter or fee calculator
• A mistake in one of the guides
• A tool or destination you'd like to see added

If your question is about how a particular fee or charge was applied to your account, that's one for your bank or card provider — we only calculate estimates, we don't have visibility into your actual transactions. See our terms for more on that.
