Why an ATM withdrawal costs more than the cash received
The ATM operator may add a fee in local currency. Your card issuer may then apply a fixed withdrawal fee, a percentage fee or a different conversion rate. Enter those terms from your card's fee schedule; zero means you are modelling no fee, not that your bank charges none. The reference quote is not your card's final rate.
